Full Standard share $1025 (or a 25% deposit** with balance due by May 15th).

Half Standard share $ 599 (or a 50% deposit** with balance due by May 15th)

Meat Only share $850 (or a 25% deposit** with balance due by May 15th)

Plant Only share $400

** a 5% convenience fee will be added to any share total if you choose to make partial payments.

Deposits and full payments must be received by April 1st (with any balances due by May 15th unless otherwise arranged) to hold your share.

Shareholders should receive their shares as follows:

  • Vegetable shares approximately May 29th, through September 4th (14 pickups)
  • Egg June 1st – August 29th.
  • Miscellaneous items (honey, syrup, etc) and meats will be received periodically throughout the season depending on harvest dates. Pickups could be as late as December, but we hope to have all produce and meats ready to go before November 15th.
  • Meat shares will begin processing around the end of May and should be wrapped up by November 31st of the CSA year. There will generally be 2-3 bulk pickups within that time. Approximately 2 weeks’ notice will be given prior to pick up dates.
Available Shares and payment options

___ One Full standard share (full payment) – If purchasing this option you will have a special surprise in your first pickup! $1025

___One Full Standard share deposit (minimum $256.25 down with $768.25 + $51.25** due by May 15th) $1076.25 total

___One Half Standard share (full payment) $599

___One Half Standard share deposit (minimum $299.50 down with $299.50 + $29.95** due by May 15th) $628.95 total

___One Meat Only share (full payment) – If purchasing this option you will have a special surprise in your first pick up! $850

___ One Meat Only share deposit (minimum $212.50 down with $637.50 + $42.50** due by May 15th) $892.50 total

___One Plant Only share (no partial payment option with this share) $400


If opting for weekly delivery of your share, please note there is an additional $30 fee, please add this $30 to your final payment installment. 



The method I prefer to pick up my share

___on the farm, Fridays between 2:00 and 6:00 p.m.

___on the farm same day and time each week ***  (please note pre-arranged day/time)

___North side of Cadillac*** *requires a one-time $30 service fee to cover boxing and handling  (Please note pre-arranged day/time)

___Meat only share will be 2-3 pickups that should occur between June 1st and November 31st. Notice will be given to shareholders approximately 2 weeks prior to processing dates.


Thank you for your order. Please remit payment within 7 business days. A receipt will be emailed to you when we receive payment. Orders over 10 days old with no payments received will be cancelled.

By signing above, I agree to participate in the 2020 CSA season at Cornerstone Acres Farm as a member. I understand that CSA membership entails sharing the benefits and risks of small-scale agriculture, and I realize that I may be blessed with an abundance of some crops or a lack of others as the season permits. I agree to pick up my share every week for the duration of the CSA season. If I miss a pickup without prior arrangements I understand that my share may be donated. My financial contribution to the farm will allow the Cornerstone Acres farmers to grow chemical-free produce and livestock for me and up to 6 other members, improve the soil health, and build infrastructure as necessary to allow the farm to grow. *** Pickup options (other than Friday on the farm) must be discussed and agreed upon BEFORE you remit payment to make sure both buyer and seller are on the same page.
