 I have never thought of a chicken as much more than an egg machine.   Having always gone to the local Tractor Supply Company and picked up whatever they might have, I haven't been very selective about what I ended up with.   Well, this year I placed a carefully thought out order from McMurray Hatchery AND got some stock from TSC as an afterthought.     I am impressed with some of the different...

The babies have arrived. What a goofy looking bunch. Well, actually they are pretty cute... the lady at the post office wasn't too willing to give them up. She thought they were adorable. All but one arrived happy and healthy from McMurray Hatchery.  Gave them some Gro-Gel I bought with them.  Hope it helps make them happier and healthier
